Agricola Consulting GmbH and Nimeral Ltd. are scientific companies based in Germany. Together with related parties, they have developed and own the technology, know-how, patents, and rights for a new, considerably more efficient and environmentally friendly family of processes related to the production of copper. The process, which has received validation from a leading engineering firm, has been developed and is in the process of commercialization. S:F has been retained to help the management team, which includes the current president of the International Copper Association as the Chairman, raise financing and bring the company’s patented processes to market.

BMP currently owns a portfolio of 7 U.S. patents, 44 international patents, and one patent pending surrounding the lipid-based technology Lym-X-Sorb. Lym-X-Sorb is a novel lipid matrix that can improve the absorption of nutritional and pharmaceutical substances. S:F has been retained to help the owners of BMP sell the company to a strategic acquirer who can integrate BMP’s patents into their existing portfolio.
